    Entrust retirement - PingID registration

    From now on, all users utilizing Entrust to access PartnerAccess and RemoteAccess are required to have PingID installed on their devices in order to be able to authenticate and access Roche Business Applications as Entrust is going to be retired. Please, click this link to start the 3 min registration process.
    • - You will find all the necessary information about the options to register and authenticate with PingID on the Support tab.
    • - Visit our website if you want to know more about PingID.
    • - To gain access to Partner Access, you have various methods available for the PingID authentication factor: the PingID mobile app, the PingID desktop app, Authenticator Apps (such as Google or Microsoft), and Yubikey.
    • - Please be aware that methods like Security Key and TouchID (FIDO2 compliant) are incompatible with Partner Access portal. However, these methods can be utilized with other applications.
