To access the Roche network from the internet, strong authentication is required. Strong authentication is a multifactor authentication that combines what you know (password of your Roche account) with what you have (your Roche PingID or Roche Certificate).

This is a full-featured app installed on your computer, tablet, or phone. When installing Citrix Workspace App you benefit from optimal performance and additional features:

  • Better Performance: The native client is optimized to handle applications and desktops smoothly, providing a faster and more reliable experience, especially for complex tasks or heavy workloads.
  • Advanced Features: Features like file sharing, printer integration, microphone/camera support for virtual meetings, and full keyboard shortcuts work seamlessly with the native client.
  • Offline Access: Some versions allow you to use certain applications even if your internet connection is temporarily lost.
  • Enhanced Security: Native apps provide robust security features, such as automatic encryption, which keeps your data safer.
  • Multimedia Support: For tasks involving video conferencing or multimedia, the native client optimizes performance, ensuring smooth playback and interaction.

For Roche Managed Devices: Citrix Workspace App should be included by default.
