To access the Roche network from the internet, strong authentication is required. Strong authentication is a multifactor authentication that combines what you know (password of your Roche account) with what you have (your Roche PingID or Roche Certificate).

Citrix Workspace

The installation of Citrix Workspace LTSR is required for best experience. TCP port 443, 1494,2598 and 8443 are desired to interoperability between Citrix App & Desktop. In case needed, you can download Citrix Workspace here.
If you do not install Citrix Workspace, the following functionalities will not be available:

- file transfer between your computer and the Roche applications you are accessing
- printing to the printer connected to your computer
- simplified copy/paste of text between your computer and the Roche applications you are using
